It does give you some customization so it’s not just a carnival shoot. You can choose the season which makes a difference in how you hunt in real life. You can also choose between various camo patterns. It’s a pretty light download and is easily removed. It’s worth checking out, but you will probably end up shopping for a turkey hunting game for a PC.
